Only problem is the debit card you issue for the clam. It is difficult to use at some merchants. Orders on line usually work. But box stores is not as easy.

When I purchased the coverage on my truck with Omega the brochure gave me all the information that I needed. So, whenever I went to get my first oil change out of pocket they followed through by reimbursing me the amount of money promised in the brochure.

It was fairly easy to make a claim. When I got a reimbursement check, I didn’t know where it came from at first. I wasn’t sure where it came from. But there were no problems at all making a claim.
