Submitting a Claim

Before any repairs can be made, you must call 1-866-2-PAYASUGO to begin the authorization and claim process. Our claims department hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (CT) and Saturday, 8:00 am to noon (CT). For mechanical breakdowns, please carefully follow this procedure outlined in your contract:
